Production[]
After playing in almost every season, Billy decided he wanted to host a season for a change, so he got Monty and Ricky to help him host, and Emma returned to intern. The blog for the season is SurvivorMalibu and the tag is #IMeltForMalibu. Adventure awaits in Malibu, California.
Twists/Changes[]
- Brains vs. Beauty vs. Brawn: The divisions of the tribes is based on the most prominent attributes of each castaway. Allison and Andrew represented the Brains, Regan and Brian represented the Beauties, and Ash and Carson represented the Brawns.
- First day vote off: Before the tribes were even formed, the newbies in the game had to vote one of themselves out of the game.
- The Resort: When the players get voted out of the game they will be sent to The Resort where they will fight to continue their game on a whole new tribe. Only a few vacant rooms are at The Resort, so the players will have to fight to keep a room while they continue to stay there. After a few rounds, players would have the opportunity to extend their vacation and rejoin the main game.
- Rose Gold Idol: The Rose Gold Idol negates all Hidden Immunity Idols played at one Tribal Council. The only valid forms of immunity under the Rose Gold Idol are an individual immunity necklace, or immunity from a deadlocked vote.
